in this project we made an apartment for a person who live and work in the same place ,our location is the wholesaler market at south tel aviv.

this facility has 3 stories with narrow and long space. the planing had to take place all over the space and to use the advantage of working space in the base ment to avoid noise and the long stay rooms like sleeping and resting on the upper which leave the middle for hosting and welcome clients and friends -kitchen diner and office.

my customer is a capenter who builds coffins for decists. who live with his wife.

the concept is memory and the metaphor is closet

the important design tools are the modul of the wood, the door systems hinges and rails.

the office must contain an exhibition object for the carpenter technique and a hosting and dining room for custumers and friends.

part of his personality is the privacy of his occupation so all the work areas must be concield. by place and curtains.

wood use is essential and seperation between life and work.

the upper model is 1 to 50 and the lower is 1 to 25 the upper floor with the sleeping room is a walk in closet with sliding doors who change the spaces limits and affects the walker/which represent the mid place of the house the office and dining room which have two spaces and by moving the sliding doors\shelfs its become a one big space and the two tables comes one by using two doors the higher office desk become a light source and it build on the principal of a coffin for exhibition.

a tribe's bill

this exercise was about creating a money bill for my tribe who is the surfers the bill i designed is inspiered from the famous bible scene of moses and the red sea and it reflects the surfers state of mind that is about obssesion with surfing at all time even when they deal with the bible all they see is a wave create by moses. beside this his amount is relating to the tribes spending habbits and there are two sides graphic tricks to stop forgering. and it is combined with a credit card chip for rapidly purchasing with the same bill.

this project started as a sub topic for globaliztion after reviewing some real designs for the 3rd world which are life improvers or even life savers inventions and gadgets which suppose to serve this pepole for better living never the less this pepole also get diffrent help which is the weapons trade and smugglrting among there leaders or rebels. this work come to represent the circle of weaponss trade which becoming worse with quantity and quality and take place under the un inspectors.
the box was carrying a life saving supplies such as medicine with weapons and ammos around and under which revealing themself after 3 steps of opening. below is the 3 steps and on the right is the 2d.
